Major repairs of the district hospital have been completed in the village of Domna in the Trans-Baikal Territory. This is reported by the regional Ministry of Health.

The repair work affected all structures of the medical facility, including the registry and specialist offices. According to Oksana Nemakina, the Minister of Health, the contractor has put the roof, engineering systems and interior spaces in order.

According to ChitaMedia news agency, it is now possible to receive physiotherapy in the polyclinic building, and pediatric dentistry has become available. A special filter box has been created for patients with acute respiratory viral infections and influenza.

The hospital was renovated as part of the modernization program for primary health care of the national project "Long and active Life".

Earlier in December, it was reported that almost 2 billion rubles would be allocated to provide preferential medicines to residents of Transbaikalia in 2026. The money will come from the regional budget.
