Singer Larisa Dolina's defense asked to grant the singer the right to stay in Polina Lurie's apartment until spring in exchange for not charging her utility bills. This was announced on December 25 by the girl's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko, the Izvestia correspondent reports.

"The statement was in the form of a call to me. It was said that if we provide the right of residence, then Larisa Alexandrovna will not collect utilities from us, starting with the purchase and sale agreement," the lawyer explained.

In turn, the singer's lawyer, Maria Pukhova, called fake reports that the artist demanded that Lurie pay utility bills. She stressed that there were "no such conditions for Lurie."

Earlier that day, the Moscow City Court granted Lurie's demands and ordered Dolina to be evicted from a five-room apartment in the Khamovniki district.

Prior to that, Lurie's lawyer said that Dolina had asked her to stay in an apartment in Khamovniki for a few more months. It was noted that the singer asked for more time because she did not have time to pack her things. In turn, Lurie's lawyer stated that her client does not intend to allow the artist to live in it after the court's decision on eviction.

On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed Dolina apartment. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the artist.
