Singer Larisa Dolina can spend the New Year holidays in an apartment bought by Polina Lurie. According to Maria Pukhova, the lawyer of the actress, the procedure for her eviction may take more than two weeks. This was reported on December 25 by a correspondent of Izvestia.

"The decision is made in full, the case arrives at the court of first instance, then the interested party can receive a writ of execution and give it to the bailiffs. Bailiffs initiate enforcement proceedings, send it all to the recoverer. There is also time for postal delivery, then it takes five working days," she explained, noting that the deadlines may vary.

In turn, Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko stressed that, in accordance with the court's decision, Dolina must voluntarily leave the apartment on the same day, December 25.

"If there is no release [of the apartment] within a reasonable time, which Larisa Alexandrovna's representative said today, then yes, we will receive the writ of execution and hand it over to the bailiff service," the human rights defender concluded.
