Lawyer Dolina called the reports about the requirement for Lurie to pay debts on housing and communal services fake

On December 25, Maria Pukhova, the lawyer of the singer Larisa Dolina, called fake reports that the artist demanded that the buyer of her apartment, Polina Lurie, pay utility bills.

Earlier that day, Lurie's lawyer reported that Dolina had asked Lurie to allow her to live in an apartment in Khamovniki for a few more months. It was noted that the singer asked for more time because she did not have time to pack her things. In turn, Lurie's lawyer stated that her client does not intend to allow the artist to live in it after the court's decision on eviction.

On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed Dolina apartment. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the artist's apartment.
