The lawyer of the singer Larisa Dolina, Maria Pukhova, announced the singer's readiness to move out of Polina Lurie's apartment. This was reported on December 25 by a correspondent of Izvestia from the courtroom.

She also noted that Dolina's defense does not intend to appeal the ruling of the Supreme Court of Russia.

On December 16, the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation recognized Polina Lurie's ownership of the disputed Dolina apartment. It was clarified that the court also decided to cancel all decisions of the lower courts in the case of the sale of the apartment of the artist.
