"As a result of the air attack, explosions occurred on the territory of the city of Novoshakhtinsk," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to him, emergency response services are working at the scene, fire extinguishing has been organized. In addition, he added that one EMERCOM employee was injured and hospitalized while extinguishing a fire at an industrial enterprise.
