The address of Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky to the citizens of Ukraine was uncultured and embittered, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated on December 25.

According to him, Zelensky's congratulatory video looked rather strange.

"Uncultured, embittered, looks like an inadequate person. I would like to ask myself if he is capable of making adequate decisions in the field of settlement by political and diplomatic means," Peskov said at a briefing.
