Rakova told about the decoration of the capital's polyclinics and hospitals for the New Year

Moscow polyclinics and hospitals have been decorated for the New Year, said Anastasia Rakova, Deputy Mayor for Social Development.

"Moscow is gradually transforming for the holiday: streets, squares, parks are decorated, and social institutions are not left out. This year, colleges in Moscow helped us develop the concept of winter decoration of our polyclinics, hospitals, public service centers "My Documents" and other facilities. Moreover, the students made a real gift to the children who will visit children's clinics by creating and installing wonderful New Year's installations there: bright steam locomotives, drums, nutcrackers and horses," said Rakova.

In total, 150 sets of handmade installations created by students were installed in children's clinics. They worked on them for more than six months on the basis of the college's educational and production complex, as well as in carpentry and painting workshops. The guys developed the blanks using modern numerically controlled machines, universal lathes and milling machines at the Center practical training site, which opened in the spring of 2025.

In adult clinics, Christmas trees were decorated, garlands were hung, and festive art objects were installed - golden bears with sweets and bows.

Rakova also said that the garden of the Sklifosovsky hospital is open to all visitors, where elegant Christmas trees and installations have appeared. The figures of horses, symbols of the new year, are located on the territory of Hospital No. 1 named after N.I. Pirogov. In Filatov Hospital, visitors are greeted by colorful giraffes, and in the new complex of St. Vladimir's Hospital there are colorful bears.

The facades of the Women's Health Centers were also decorated with garlands with themed animations. Large ice sculptures with frozen flowers illuminated from the inside are installed in front of the buildings.
