The conditions of payments for education to children of large families of the Moscow region are named

Irina Fayevskaya, Commissioner for Human Rights in the Moscow Region, spoke about the conditions for receiving annual compensation for part of the cost of college tuition for children from large families. Additional social support measures will take effect in 2026.

According to Fayevskaya, quoted by the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, one of the parents or legal representatives is entitled to such a payment if the family is raising four or more children.

Compensation will be provided for each child if he is studying full-time in an educational program of secondary vocational education on the basis of a contract for the provision of paid services, which is concluded with a state regional educational organization. The amount of compensation is 50% of the tuition fee actually paid.

An additional condition for providing compensation is that a child from a large family receives secondary vocational education for the first time and in professions determined by the regional government.
