In the Trans-Baikal Territory, a 48-year-old man was sentenced to 15 years for participating in a terrorist organization. This was announced on December 25 by the regional prosecutor's office.

"The Second Eastern District Military Court sentenced the accused to 15 years in prison with serving the first three years in prison, and the remaining term in a high—security penal colony," the prosecutor's office wrote on its Telegram channel.
