Serial killer Alexander Spesivtsev from Novokuznetsk did not pay 1 million rubles, which was previously awarded to the daughter of one of his victims as compensation for moral damage. Information about this was posted on the website of the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) on December 25.

On January 16, the Zavodskoy District Court of Novokuznetsk partially satisfied the claim of the daughter of one of Spesivtsev's victims. It was noted that initially the victim's daughter demanded 10 million rubles from Spesivtsev as compensation for moral damage.
In the 1990s, together with his mother, Spesivtsev lured children and teenagers to his apartment in Novokuznetsk, killed them and ate them. In 1999, Spesivtsev was convicted in connection with the murder of four people.
In May 2024, he was sent for compulsory medical treatment due to the fact that his involvement in the murder of 15 people, 11 of whom were minors, was proven.
