The United States called a possible response to Kiev for the murder of Lieutenant General Sarvarov.

Ukraine's tactics of carrying out acts of individual terror, such as the assassination of the chief of operational Training of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, may lead to the cessation of US support for Kiev. This was announced on December 24 by retired Lieutenant Colonel of the American Army Daniel Davis on the YouTube channel Deep Dive.

"If [the President of Ukraine] Vladimir Zelensky thinks that the United States will cover for him, but he is deeply mistaken. The death of this General Sarvarov will not go unanswered. You're finished," he said.
