The volume of caviar production in Russia in 2025 may reach 88 tons. Alexander Panin, Chairman of the Fish Union, told about this on December 25.

"In 2025, the volume of black caviar production in Russia, according to forecasts of the Fish Union, may reach 88 tons, which will be higher than the level of 2024, when about 82 tons were produced," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
