The river in Komsomolsk-on-Amur will be cleared for 25 million rubles
In Komsomolsk-on-Amur, work has begun on clearing the Silinka River. About 25 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget for these purposes.
The work is carried out within the framework of the project "Protection from flooding and other negative effects of waters". The clearing will be carried out on a 3.7 km long section. Specialists will have to not only clean, but also deepen the riverbed. The events will be held until 2027.
The Silinka River is included in the Atlas of Problematic objects, which was created on the initiative of the head of the region Dmitry Demeshin. The clearing will protect a residential area with a population of about 300 people from seasonal floods. This is reported by IA AmurMedia.
At the final stage, landscaping of the coastal zone with the planting of trees and shrubs is planned.
