In the Belovsky district of the Kursk region, four private houses were damaged as a result of drone strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on December 24 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.

"In the village of Shchegolek, four private houses were damaged as a result of a vile attack. The glazing and facades are damaged," Khinstein wrote on his Telegram channel.

He noted that there were no casualties as a result of the incidents, and the head of the district personally controls the situation. The governor stressed that the region would provide the necessary assistance in reconstruction.

On the same day, the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, announced that one person was killed and two injured in the region as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack. According to the governor, a 60-year-old woman was killed in a car accident in Novaya Kakhovka, while an 81-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man were injured. Also, as a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in an empty warehouse and in an unused apartment building.
