A two-storey warehouse caught fire near the Rizhsky market in Moscow
The fire engulfed warehouses in the area of the Riga market in Moscow. This was announced on December 24 by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
"Wooden structures on the ground floor of a warehouse building are on fire. The fire area is being clarified," the department's Telegram channel says in the MAX messenger.
Later, the department reported that the fire had been localized. 58 employees and 16 pieces of equipment are working to extinguish it.
Earlier, on December 23, a floating crane caught fire near the Siberian backwater near Nizhny Novgorod. As indicated by the Volga Transport Prosecutor's Office in the Telegram channel, the crane broke out during the work of the shipbuilding company.
