Durov joked about the sexual orientation of the French president

Pavel Durov, the founder of the Telegram messenger, called French President Emmanuel Macron a homosexual (the LGBT movement is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation).

On December 24, Durov posted on his page on the social network X (ex. Twitter) an outline of his "sperm donation program," which he called PD (Pavel Durov). In the comments, one of the users pointed out that in France the abbreviation PD means "homosexual."

"It will be a non-homosexual project that will pose as a homosexual. As President of France, just the opposite!" replied Durov.
