In the Kharkiv region, the 57th separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) has almost completely lost its combat capability. This was reported on December 24 in the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"In the Kharkov direction, as a result of heavy fighting, the 57th infantry Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has almost completely lost its combat capability," they told TASS.

They noted that the Ukrainian command is now using the 58th brigade to conduct active operations, but its staffing also leaves much to be desired.

The operator of the FPV drone, who destroyed hundreds of armored vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is confident that he will return to service after being seriously injured.

Earlier in the day, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that soldiers of the 9th Separate Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Guards Combined Arms Army of the Center group of forces are currently deployed in the area of Rodinskoye settlement north of Krasnoarmeysk, Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
