The Supreme Court reported a violation of Lurie's rights due to the deprivation of an apartment without compensation.

The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation pointed out that the lower courts violated the rights of the buyer Polina Lurie when they deprived her of the apartment purchased from the artist Larisa Dolina and left the woman without compensation. This became known on December 24 from the relevant resolution of the Supreme Court.

"The court concludes that during the review by the courts of lower instances, the substantive law norms in relation to Lurie were significantly violated," the document says.
