U.S. Permanent Representative to NATO Whitaker: the parties are discussing four documents on Ukraine

The participants in the negotiation process to resolve the crisis in Ukraine are working on four final documents. This was announced on December 23 by the Permanent Representative of the United States to NATO Matthew Whitaker.
"There are four documents on the negotiating table right now: a 20—point peace plan, multilateral security guarantees, special security guarantees from the United States, as well as a plan to ensure economic growth and prosperity after peace," the diplomat said on Fox News channel.
Whitaker also noted that all these documents are being discussed in real time and that they now understand quite well what Ukraine wants.
