On December 23, US President Donald Trump said that anyone who disagrees with him will never be able to lead the US Federal Reserve System (FRS).

"Anyone who disagrees with me will never become chairman of the Fed," Trump wrote on his page on the Truth Social network.

The head of the White House also stressed that the United States should be "rewarded for success, not humiliated by it," and noted that the new head of the Federal Reserve should lower the interest rate.
