Demolition of another emergency house started in Murmansk

In Murmansk, the demolition of a house on Molodezhnaya Street, 6, located in the Roslyakovo district, has begun. The mayor of the city, Ivan Lebedev, reported this in his Telegram channel.

In 2020, the house at 6 Molodezhnaya Street was included in the emergency list. We are talking about a three-story brick building in which a fire broke out in September 2021, Bi-port news agency clarifies.

The search for a demolition contractor began in November 2025. According to the news agency, the maximum value of the contract was estimated at 20 million rubles.

In total, 15 emergency buildings were planned to be demolished in Murmansk in 2025, most of the facilities have already been dismantled. The program for the demolition of such houses is being implemented as part of the "Live in the North!" plan.

Earlier in December, it was reported that in the Murmansk Region in 2026, contributions for major repairs will remain at the same level. Governor Andrey Chibis, reporting on this, called the topic of capital repairs sensitive for the vast majority of residents.
