In 2025, the specialists of the information kiosk "Your Investment Consultant" processed about 28 thousand requests on issues related to the acquisition of property from the city at auction. This was stated by Kirill Purtov, head of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy.

"The information kiosk was created in 2014 to advise individuals and legal entities wishing to purchase real estate from the city for both business and personal purposes. This year, its specialists have received about 28,000 requests, and over the entire existence of the project — more than 270 thousand. Most often, entrepreneurs and individuals ask information kiosk employees general questions about land and property auctions: about the procedure for participating in auctions, the procedure for registering on an electronic trading platform, and submitting applications for site inspections. In total, more than 10,000 such requests have been received this year," Kirill Purtov said.

The information kiosk's specialists not only provide advice on bidding, but also help you choose the right investment property. You can contact them personally at the Moscow City Department for Competition Policy on Makarenko Street, by calling the hotline or by e-mail. You can also sign up for an online consultation through your personal account on the page of the selected lot on the capital investment portal in the "Moscow Auctions" section. In addition, from September to December, the information kiosk staff consulted citizens twice a week in the capital's public services centers.
