The court placed under house arrest the accused of the attack on the Izvestia journalist

The Ostankino District Court of Moscow has placed Ivan Litomin, accused of assaulting Izvestia journalist, under house arrest. This was reported on December 23 in the Telegram channel of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital.

"On December 23, 2025, the Ostankino District Court of Moscow granted the request of the investigation and chose Oleg Georgievich Pavlyukevich, accused of obstructing the legitimate professional activities of journalists (Part 3 of Article 144 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), a preventive measure in the form of house arrest for a period of 1 month and 30 days," the message says.
