Air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 21 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the skies over the regions of Russia. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on December 23.

"From 14:00 to 17:00 Moscow time, 21 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.
