This was stated by Kirill Purtov, head of the Moscow Department for Competition Policy, pointing out that such an object, including a one-story building and a room on two floors, is currently up for auction.

"The purpose of the facilities is free, which gives the investor the opportunity to open a business here at his discretion or to lease part of the space," Purtov said.

The property is located in Petrovsko-Razumovsky Passage near Petrovsky Park metro station.

"The acquisition of commercial real estate in the Savyolovsky district can be considered as a long-term investment in your own business. Modern business centers and public spaces, residential complexes, well-developed social and transport infrastructure are being built here — all this makes the area convenient for living and profitable for doing business," added Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Urban Property.

Information about the lots put up for auction by the city is available on the Moscow Investment Portal in the "Moscow Auctions" section. The card of each lot contains photographs, documentation, conditions, form of sale and a three-dimensional tour of the object.
