In 2025, over 3 million requests were received on a direct line with Putin.
In 2025, 3.03 million calls were received on a direct line with Russian President Vladimir Putin, in which 3.45 million topics and questions were recognized. This was announced on December 23 by the Popular Front.
It is reported that more than half of the requests (52%) came from citizens aged 56, while about a quarter of the questions came from young people. More than two thirds (67%) of the appeals were sent by women, TASS cites data.
Citizens were most interested in social issues — 18.94% had relevant questions. 7.81% of appeals to the President of Russia were devoted to the topic of the special military operation (SVO).
According to a December 23 VTsIOM poll, almost eight out of ten Russians (76%) who followed the Results of the Year program with Russian President Vladimir Putin rated the leader's performance positively. Of these, 18% said they had watched the program carefully from beginning to end, 30% had seen individual fragments live, and 28% had learned about the content from news reports.
In processing the appeals of Russians in the context of the "Results of the Year 2025," artificial intelligence replaced 3,000 officials, the Popular Front told Izvestia. With the help of AI, it takes about 10 seconds for the responsible authority to analyze and accurately route this year. This solution will relieve more than 3,000 officials from routine operations and reduce the waiting time for issues to be resolved.
