The Stavropol Territory authorities have approved the boundaries of the protected area for the monument "Apartment building with a shop". It was built at the end of the 19th century. The document of the regional department for the preservation of cultural heritage sites indicates the mode of use of the site on October Revolution Avenue.

Thus, it is forbidden to carry out any capital construction on this site, demolish buildings or change their volumetric characteristics, or place outdoor advertising. Only restoration work and economic activities that do not threaten the preservation of the monument are allowed.

According to the StavropolMedia news agency, the rules cancel the previous annexes to the 2015 order. Information about the boundaries of the territory and the mode of its use will be entered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The Stavropol administration was also recommended to amend the city's rules of land use and development.

Earlier it was reported that Stavropol region has developed a new textbook on the history of its native land for students in grades 5-7. He will enter schools next academic year. The work of Stavropol authors was highly appreciated by the Russian Military Historical Society. A mock-up of the textbook has already been sent to the Ministry of Education.
