In the central part of the Netherlands, nine people were injured when a car hit a crowd of spectators at a light show. This was announced on December 22 by the Dutch News portal.

"Nine people were injured, including three seriously, after a car drove into a group of people in the village of Nyunspet in Gelderland province during the winter parade. The victims were among the crowds who gathered to watch the procession of trucks decorated with illuminations, which takes place before the Christmas holidays every year," the publication says.
