The court arrested the deputy general director of Prominvest in the case of fraud with the supply of military-industrial complex

The Lobnensky City Court has arrested Andrey Gorbenko, Deputy General Director of Prominvest CJSC, for 2 months in a case of supply fraud for the military-industrial complex (MIC) in the amount of more than 2 billion rubles. This was announced on September 22 by the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Moscow region in the Telegram channel.

"According to the prosecution, [the defendant], as part of a criminal community, supplied equipment to enterprises of the military-industrial complex at an inflated cost. The total damage to the affected enterprises amounted to at least 2 billion rubles," the statement said.
