Zelensky gave details about possible security guarantees from the United States.

The United States can provide Ukraine with security guarantees, but some of them will not be made public. This was announced by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky during a press conference on December 22.

"There are security guarantees between us, the Europeans and the United States — a framework agreement. There is a separate document between us and the United States — bilateral security guarantees," he said.

Zelensky added that it was these details that the US Congress would have to consider. At the same time, the project implies some "closed details and additions."
