A new sewage station has been launched in Sevastopol.

A new sewage pumping station (CPS) was put into operation in Sevastopol, along with a gravity network and a pressure collector. This was announced by the head of the region Mikhail Razvozhaev.

The object is located in the area of house No. 70 on Antique Avenue outside the residential area. It is assumed that the CNS will improve the quality of sanitation for residents and reduce the risk of accidents.

The workers laid sections of gravity sewage and pressure collector, installed pumps and control systems, and conducted the necessary tests. Strong polyethylene pipes that withstand heavy loads were used for the networks.

According to the governor, the station is fully automated and equipped with a backup generator. This ensures independence from power outages and does not require the constant presence of personnel.

According to IA SevastopolMedia, now all the work has been completed, specialists are already connecting the houses to the new CNS. Sections of gravity sewage and pressure collector have been laid, pumps and control systems have been installed.

Earlier it was reported that a new park was built in Sevastopol on the site of an overgrown and littered wasteland. Polygonal sculptures in the form of animals were installed on the renovated territory.
