Clandestine tobacco production was eliminated in St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg, the security forces stopped the illegal production of tobacco and nicotine-containing products, organized without a license. This was announced on December 22 by the General Directorate of the Russian Guard in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

"Officers of the SOBR Granit <..."we provided forceful support to employees of the regional Border department of the FSB of Russia and Rosalkogoltakkontrol bodies <...> to curb the illegal production and trafficking of tobacco and nicotine—containing products, including the so-called snus," the agency's Telegram channel said.
