The Investigative Committee has launched an investigation into a fire with six victims in Tarko-Sale in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District.

In the city of Tarko-Sale, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, an inspection was organized into a fire in an apartment building, as a result of which three teenagers and three adults were injured. This is reported by the district courts of the Investigative Committee of Russia and the prosecutor's office.

The fire occurred early on Monday morning, December 22, in a wooden apartment building on Aviatorov Street, 9. As a result, six people were injured, including three teenagers aged 10 to 17 years, the rest of the residents managed to evacuate.

According to the Investigative Committee, a 37-year-old man, a 76-year-old woman and three minors were hospitalized in extremely serious condition. According to the <url> news agency, two children and one adult were taken by helicopter to Novy Urengoy hospital, the rest remain in Tarko-Salinsky hospital.

Upon the fact of the fire, the Investigative Committee organized a pre-investigation check, based on the results of which a decision will be made to institute a criminal case. The prosecutor's office has also begun its investigation. A fire technical examination has been appointed to determine the exact cause of the fire.

Meanwhile, local management companies began to go around all wooden houses after the fire in order to inspect them for safety. The authorities, in turn, urge to observe safety rules when using heaters, garlands and other electrical appliances.
