Barshchevsky will leave the post of government envoy to the Constitutional Court on December 26.

Mikhail Barshchevsky, the government's Plenipotentiary representative to the Constitutional and Supreme Courts of the Russian Federation, will leave his post on December 26 due to retirement. The corresponding decree was signed on December 22 by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

"To dismiss Mikhail Yuryevich Barshchevsky on December 26, 2025 from the post of plenipotentiary representative of the Government of the Russian Federation in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation in connection with retirement," the text of the document says.
