Olympic champion Sergey Kalinin has signed a full-fledged contract with the Moscow hockey club (HC) CSKA. This was reported on December 22 in the club's Telegram channel.

It is specified that the new contract is valid until the end of the 2025/26 season.

According to Sport-Express, Kalinin has already played for CSKA from 2018 to 2020, and as part of the team he won the Gagarin Cup in the 2018/19 season. In the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), he also played for Avangard, SKA, Traktor and Vityaz. The 34-year-old forward has 230 (97+133) points in 711 league matches.

As a member of the Russian national team, Kalinin won the 2014 World Cup and the 2018 Olympic Games.

HC Traktor terminated the contract with defender Fedor Kroschinsky on December 20. It was noted that the hockey player started playing for Traktor this offseason. Kroshchinsky scored 3 (1+2) points in 23 matches and received 23 penalty minutes. Previously, the defender played for HC Neftekhimik and Sochi.
