Ryabkov said about the remaining serious questions to the United States on Ukraine

Russia still has serious questions for the United States regarding the settlement of the Ukrainian crisis. This was announced on December 22 by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.

"It is fundamentally important that the American side at the highest level agreed that one of the root causes of the conflict was the aggressive expansion of NATO to the Russian borders. At the same time, the recently published US national security strategy explicitly raises the question of the inexpediency of the endless expansion of the North Atlantic bloc. This does not mean at all that we have no more questions for the American side, including in the Ukrainian context," Ryabkov said.
