The JAC car brand has announced two new products for Russia
In 2026, two new products from the Chinese car company JAC are planned to be presented in Russia. The company's press service said that they will be a new modification of the T9 pickup truck and the JS9 SUV, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported on December 22.
The JAC T9 pickup truck will receive a version with Multilink link suspension in January next year. Currently, the model is offered in Russia with a 2.0-liter turbodiesel with a capacity of 163 hp (410 Nm) with an 8-speed automatic transmission, all-wheel drive system and a two-speed transfer case. There is also a gasoline version (2.0 liters; 224 hp). The pickup costs from 3.65 million rubles.
The JAC JS9 frame SUV was originally planned to be launched on the Russian market at the end of 2025. The model will receive all-wheel drive, a turbocharged two-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 200 hp and an eight-speed automatic.
Currently, the Russian JAC line includes seven models. The latest novelty is the RF8 minivan priced from 4.8 million rubles.
Earlier, on December 18, it was reported that the VGV brand will launch a new Bolden S7 pickup truck and a restyled VGV U70 crossover on the Russian market next year.
