During the approval of the budget for 2026 and the law on final reports for 2024, two officials fought in the General Assembly of the Turkish Parliament. This was announced on December 21 by the Haberler portal.

"The conflict began when Murat Emir, deputy chairman of the Republican People's Party group, came into conflict with Mustafa Varank, a deputy from the Bursa Justice and Development Party, and quickly escalated into a fight involving other deputies," the publication says.

It is clarified that the conflict was resolved thanks to the intervention of other members of parliament.

On July 8, Sputnik Armenia reported that a scuffle took place in the Armenian parliament with the participation of security officers, deputies, as well as their assistants. The situation became tense after Artur Sargsyan, a member of the opposition Armenia faction, spoke, after which a fight took place.
