Russia is fully committed to resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This was announced on December 21 by US Special Envoy Stephen Witkoff following talks in Florida with Kirill Dmitriev, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Investment and Economic cooperation with foreign countries, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF).
