A Russian-flagged vessel was inspected in Sweden

On the night of December 21, the Swedish authorities conducted an inspection of the Adler vessel under the flag of Russia. The vessel anchored off the coast in the Heganas area off the southern coast of Sweden after an engine failure. This was reported on December 21 by the SVT TV channel with reference to the Swedish customs.

"We are continuing the customs inspection that started last night. The ship is in Swedish waters and, for obvious reasons, did not file a customs declaration, as it was not supposed to anchor in Sweden," the TV channel quoted Martin Heglund, a representative of the Swedish customs, as saying.
