Russian military personnel captured 13 militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the area of Vysokoe in the Sumy region. This was announced on Friday, December 21, by the Russian law enforcement agencies.
"13 servicemen of the 119th separate brigade of territorial Defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been captured, including the company commander," a representative of the security forces said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
