Petrosyan won the Russian Figure Skating Championship for the third time in a row.
Figure skater Adelia Petrosyan took first place at the Russian Figure Skating Championships for the third time in a row. The competition was held in St. Petersburg from December 18 to December 21, 2025 at the Yubileyny Sports Complex.
The champion in women's single skating scored 235.95 points based on the results of the short and free programs. Alisa Dvoeglazova is in second place with 227.40 points, and Maria Zakharova is in third place with 217.73 points.
Petrosyan became the fourth figure skater in Russia to win three national championships in a row. In September, the athlete qualified for the 2026 Olympic Games.
"For me, it's (the Russian Championship. — Ed.) as a stage before the most important start for me personally. I am glad that the short program was a success, the free program is already more confident anyway, I want to refine it and return those elements that were in the last season," TASS quoted her as saying.

According to the results of the short and free programs, the duo scored 224.29 (77.42+146.87) points.
