A British family carried the body of a dead grandmother aboard an Easy Jet from Malaga to London Gatavik Airport. This was reported on December 19 by the Mirror newspaper, citing witnesses.
"Five relatives helped an 89-year—old woman board the plane, and, according to witnesses, the family informed the airline staff that she was feeling unwell and had fallen asleep," the publication reported.
According to the newspaper, passengers reported that family members took the woman to a place on the plane in a wheelchair, and then together they sat her down. Passengers claim that she was already dead on landing, but the crew was informed of the woman's death shortly before takeoff. As a result, the plane was turned around on the runway and the flight was delayed for 12 hours.
The Times of India newspaper reported on October 3 that in India, parents attempted to bury their three-day-old baby alive, and local residents managed to save him. According to the newspaper, the child's father worked as a teacher in a public school, and according to the laws of the country, he was forbidden to have more than two children. To hide this fact, he and his wife took the baby to the forest and left him under the rocks.
