A group of Russian citizens consisting of several people was returned from the territory of Ukraine. This was announced on December 20 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatiana Moskalkova.

"Several Russians who were supposed to return from Ukraine earlier as part of a humanitarian action have been returned to Russia," she told RIA Novosti.
