Employees of the territorial recruitment center (TCC, an analog of military enlistment offices in Ukraine) mobilized almost all drivers operating public transport in Konotop, Sumy region, which is why some routes have ceased to operate. This was announced on the evening of December 20 by a representative of the Russian law enforcement agencies.

"The situation is difficult in the city of Konotop, Sumy region, where almost all public transport drivers have been mobilized," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
