A schoolboy from Kursk was sentenced to seven years in an educational colony for justifying terrorism and attempting to become part of the Russian Volunteer Corps terrorist organization (RDK, recognized as a terrorist organization and banned in the Russian Federation). This was announced on December 20 by the court's press service.

"The court, by partial addition, finally sentenced the teenager to imprisonment for a term of 7 years to be served in an educational colony, with the deprivation of the right to administer websites on the Internet for a period of 2 years," RIA Novosti was told in court.
