About 600 people were evacuated from the Oceania shopping center in Moscow due to a fire in a restaurant.

An outbreak of body fat occurred in one of the restaurants in the shopping and entertainment center (SEC) in the west of Moscow. The Moscow City News agency reported this on Friday, December 19.

"About 600 people were evacuated from the Oceania shopping center on Kutuzovsky Prospekt after fat deposits broke out in the kitchen hood in one of the restaurants," the agency's source said.

The fire area was 5 square meters. m, reports 360.ru . No one was injured in the incident.

Later, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the capital reported that the incident had been eliminated before the arrival of fire and rescue units.

Earlier, on October 10, a fire was reported in the Cantinetta Antinori restaurant. The fire occurred on the minus first floor of the building. 40 staff members and 70 other customers were evacuated from the restaurant.
