Police officers of the Murmansk region are assisting a pensioner from Kazakhstan in obtaining Russian citizenship, who made this request to Russian President Vladimir Putin during a direct line. This was announced on December 19 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.

"My colleagues from the police of the Kola district of the Murmansk region are providing necessary assistance to Lyudmila Kondratieva, a pensioner from Kazakhstan, in obtaining Russian citizenship. She contacted the President of the Russian Federation through the call center of the "Results of the Year with Vladimir Putin" program and reported difficulties in completing the necessary documents," she wrote on the Telegram channel.
