Experts have compiled a rating of carsharing companies based on negative reviews
During the calendar year, users left 638,000 messages on Russian social media mentioning carsharing services. Delimobil was most often discussed, with Yandex Drive having the highest proportion of negative messages. This is stated in a study by Sidorin Lab analysts (available to Izvestia), who studied the media image of carsharing based on messages from social media for the period from November 1, 2024 to November 23, 2025.
So, according to experts, Delimobil is the leader in the number of mentions (97.2 thousand) and was more often written about in a negative way, although the gap between the proportions of positive and negative is not very significant, and the brand has the worst indicators of the ratio of positive and negative.
"The Yandex Drive brand has the highest share of negativity (24%). Users complain about the deterioration of the service. They especially often write about problems with the application, the support service and the attitude towards customers, tariffs and charges," the study says.
The BelkaCar brand has the highest share of positivity (31%). Users note prices in a positive way, write about the benefits and predictability of carsharing prices, especially in conjunction with partner programs. They also praise the application and the digital experience: intuitive interface, rare crashes.
Most often, users discussed the following topics: personal experience and car condition, prices, interior condition, and carsharing applications. The largest share of negativity was registered on the subject of fines — users complained about unfairly issued fines, accused companies of fraud. The topic with the highest degree of positivity is the application, despite a significant share of negativity (opinions on the topic are highly polarized), there are often reviews about the intuitive interface, convenient search and booking of cars. Men are more likely to write about carsharing — 66%. The largest age group is from 25 to 39 years old (41%).
In November, the head of the Federation Council Committee on Economic Policy, Andrei Kutepov, said that the draft law on the localization of car-sharing cars was under discussion in the government. He noted that in 2026 the project "may take real shape."
